According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/health-topics\/schistosomiasis#tab=tab_1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Health Organisation,<\/a> schistosomiasis is a disease of poverty that leads to chronic ill health and affects nearly 240m people. Moreover, an estimated 700m people live in endemic areas. Mologic has partnered with FINDdx to develop a rapid test for schistosomiasis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2018, Mologic has increased its focus on epidemics and neglected diseases now addressing 14 Targets, supported by the Bill &amp; Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, the UK government, and the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND).
